Renew Life Clinic first opened its doors in 1995 with a clear vision: to help people achieve better health from the inside out.
My name is Bonnie Ostheim, and I’m the owner of Renew Life Clinic. I’m a licensed colon hydrotherapist, massage therapist, and craniosacral therapist with more than 33 years of experience in holistic health.
People often ask me how I got into this field. The truth is—it all started with my own health journey. As a child, I struggled with chronic constipation and battled serious illnesses as a baby. I frequently suffered from headaches and migraines well into adulthood. After hearing about colonics, it actually took me three months to work up the courage to try one. I remember thinking, "How in the world does that even work?"
But once I did it, I was amazed at how great I felt. After completing a series of three treatments, my headaches significantly improved. I continued regular sessions and felt better with each one. I became a true believer in the benefits of colon hydrotherapy—and knew I wanted to help others experience the same relief and healing.
Because Florida requires colon therapists to be licensed massage therapists, I attended massage school with the goal of practicing colonics. Now, three decades later, I’ve performed over 80,000 colonic treatments. Every session is guided by my commitment to your comfort, health, and well-being.
